We believe in very strict quality and consumer respect criteria, namely:

100% Slow roasting (between 14-20 minutes) called "core roasting" which remains the best technique to bring out the intrinsic flavours of each coffee. 100% Natural cooling, for coffees guaranteed without additives.

Pure Origin coffees, Grands Terroirs and Specialty Coffees, made exclusively of beautifully sized, whole and flawless beans, with a regular roasting colour.

We strongly defend the values of a roasting company on a human scale and close by, where the consumer will never find a high-yield (90 seconds) "flash" industrial roasting, additives, flavour enhancers or emulsifiers, or of course frozen or even freeze-dried coffee.

We prefer organic and Specialty coffees with high taste and ethical values, and are constantly looking for the best microlots. 

For the production of our compatible capsules, we logically called upon a partner who could provide us with 100% bio-sourced and 100% biodegradable capsules. These vegetable capsules are made from a mixture of bio-polymers and cereal flours, guaranteed GMO-free, Bisphenol A-free and phthalate-free.
